Tender App is the single public window onto government tendering for the departments that publish here. It brings tender notices, bid documents, corrigenda, closing dates and award results together in one place, so suppliers no longer have to track each department's website separately.
Everything on this platform is published by the issuing department and reaches this website and the mobile app at the same moment. What you see here is what the department released — tenders are not edited, ranked, promoted or filtered on anyone's behalf.
Access is open by design. No account is needed to search tenders, read notices or download documents. Signing in is only required for the personal tools: saving a tender, setting a closing-date reminder, and receiving alerts on your phone.
The aim is a simple one. Public procurement should be easy to find, easy to read, and easy to act on while there is still time to bid.
Version 1.0.2
How it Works
1The department publishes
The issuing department enters the tender, uploads the documents and sets the key dates.
2It appears here immediately
The same record is served to this website and to the mobile app, with no separate re-entry.
3You search and track
Filter for the work you qualify for, or watch the closing calendar so nothing is missed.
4You bid on the official portal
Submission happens on the e-procurement portal named in the notice. Bids are not accepted on this platform.
5The award is recorded
Once a contract is awarded, the result is added to the public awarded-tenders register.
Who this is for
Contractors and suppliers
Find work you qualify for while there is still time to prepare a bid, and keep track of what is closing.
Departments and agencies
Publish once and reach the website, the mobile app and the notice board together, from a single admin panel.
Citizens, researchers and press
A public, searchable record of what was put out to tender and what was ultimately awarded.
How Tender Information is Published
Where the information comes from
Every tender, document and award on this platform is entered by the issuing department. Tenders are not created, edited or summarised on their behalf.
Amendments and corrigenda
When a department amends a tender, the corrigendum is attached to the original notice rather than replacing it, so the change history stays visible.
Dates and times
Closing dates and times are shown as the department published them, in Indian Standard Time. Always work to the time printed on the official notice.
If something does not match
Where this platform and the official notice differ, the official notice prevails. Confirm the details on the e-procurement portal named in the tender before submitting a bid.
Cost
Searching, viewing and downloading are free. There is no charge, subscription or registration fee for any part of this service.
Accessibility
How the site is built
Pages are laid out so they can be read with a screen reader and operated from the keyboard alone. Text resizes with your browser settings, and the layout reflows down to phone widths without losing content.
Colour is never the only signal
Tender status, notice priority and deadlines are labelled in words as well as colour, so the meaning survives for colour-blind readers and in print.
Documents
Attached files are published in the format supplied by the department. If you receive a document you cannot read with assistive technology, contact support and an accessible copy will be requested on your behalf.

Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Government Tender App website and mobile application (together, "the platform"). By using the platform you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.
## What this platform is
The platform is a public window onto government tendering. It lists tender notices, bid documents, corrigenda, closing dates and award results published by participating departments.
The platform is a discovery and tracking service only. Bids are not submitted here. Submission takes place on the official e-procurement portal named in each tender notice.
## Access and accounts
Searching tenders, reading notices and downloading documents are open to everyone and require no account.
An account is needed only for personal tools: saving a tender, setting a closing-date reminder, and receiving alerts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or withdraw an account that is used to disrupt the service, to scrape content at a scale that degrades it for others, or to breach these terms or any law.
## Accuracy of tender information
Every tender, document and award is entered by the issuing department. We do not create, edit, rank or summarise tenders on any department's behalf.
Where the platform and the department's official notice differ, the official notice prevails. Always confirm the details, including dates and times, on the official portal before acting on them.
## Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or connected systems.
- Do not introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organisation.
- Do not reproduce content in a way that suggests official endorsement you do not have.
## Intellectual property
Tender notices and departmental documents remain the property of the issuing department. The platform's own design, code, and compilation of content are protected. See the Copyright Policy for what you may reuse and how.
## Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, or withdrawn where required by the publishing authority.
## Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from a missed deadline, or from the unavailability of the service. Your decision to bid, and the conduct of that bid, remain your responsibility.
## Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the foot of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
## Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over the publishing authority shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

## Using the platform without an account

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
## Legal basis and consent
We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you create an account or submit a form, and to meet our legal and security obligations. You may withdraw consent by closing your account, though this does not affect processing already carried out.
