Grievance Redressal

Grievance Redressal

Updated 07 Sept 2026

We take complaints about this platform seriously and aim to resolve them quickly.

What this covers

This procedure covers complaints about the platform itself: content published here, your account or personal information, accessibility, and the conduct of the service.

It does not cover the conduct of a tender. Complaints about eligibility, evaluation, award or payment must be raised with the issuing department through the process set out in the tender notice, as those decisions are the department's and not ours.

How to raise a complaint

Contact the support desk with:

Your name and a means of contacting you.

The tender reference or page address concerned, where relevant.

A clear description of the problem and what you would like done.

What happens next

Your complaint is acknowledged, ordinarily within three working days.

It is examined and, where it concerns a tender record, referred to the publishing department.

You receive a response, ordinarily within fifteen working days. Where a matter takes longer, you are told why and when to expect an answer.

Grievance Officer

A Grievance Officer is designated for this platform in accordance with applicable Indian law. Complaints sent to the support desk are routed to that officer. The officer's name and direct contact details are published by the operating authority and are available on request from the support desk.
