No fees are charged

The Government Tender App is provided free of charge. Searching tenders, reading notices, downloading documents, creating an account, saving tenders and setting reminders all cost nothing.

The platform does not sell products or services, does not operate a subscription, and does not collect payments, card details or bank details from users at any point.

Refunds

Because no payment is ever taken through this platform, no refund can arise. If you have been asked to pay for access to this service by any person or website, it is not authorised by us. Please report it to the support desk immediately.

Cancelling your account

You may stop using the platform at any time. To close your account and remove your saved tenders and reminders, contact the support desk. Closure is free and takes effect once we have verified the request.

Payments made elsewhere

Tender fees, EMD, processing fees and any other charges relating to a tender are collected by the issuing department on its own official e-procurement portal, not here. Refunds and cancellations for those payments are governed by that department's terms and the conditions printed in the tender notice. We cannot process, refund or cancel them.
